Right out our back door you'll find Yummies — a local food stand slinging burgers on pretzel buns, street tacos, all-beef Scanga dogs, quesadillas, and their famous Greek pita. Everything's made to order with housemade chili, pico, crema and relish. Order at the window, and we'll keep your glass full while you wait.

Burgers

  • The Sternberger

    Beef burger, American cheese, mixed greens, pickles, tomato, onion, mayo & mustard on a pretzel bun (1/3 lb). Add house-cured smoked pork belly.

  • The Mountain Top

    Topped with housemade red chili & cheese, pico de gallo & crema verde on a pretzel bun.

  • Kids Burger

    1/4 lb burger, American cheese, ketchup & mustard on a bun.

  • Sliders

    Mini burgers on Hawaiian rolls with American cheese & housemade relish. Choice of condiments.

Tacos

Protein: seasoned ground beef, shredded chicken or pork · veg: seasoned mushrooms or bean · add jalapeños

  • Street Tacos

    Two 8-inch flour or three 4-inch corn tortillas, 1/2 lb protein, shredded cheese, mixed greens, housemade pico de gallo & crema verde.

  • Corn Hard-Shell Tacos

    Protein, cheese & housemade pico & crema.

Hotdogs

1/4 lb all-beef dogs from Scanga Meat Co., Salida, Colorado

    Mustard, ketchup & mayo free. Add cheese, kraut or housemade relish.

  • Red Chili Cheese Dog

    Smothered in housemade red chili & cheese.

  • Chicago Style Dog

    Tomatoes, relish, mustard, pepperoncinis & celery seed.

    Pulled pork or chicken tossed in housemade Nashville-style sauce with relish on Texas toast.
