Set in the original Bank of Fairplay, 128 years still standing, this rustic & authentic building is the perfect setting for True American Whiskey. A unique vault door & accompanying 100 year old safe connect the history to the present day, a tasting room for award-winning whiskey, brandy & rum. Step into a room that feels like it’s been here forever — reclaimed wood, barrel tables, a Colorado flag on the wall, and a back bar lined with our own spirits. It’s the warmest spot in Park County, and the best excuse to slow down, relax and enjoy the mountain life.
